Disc screens are a simple and inexpensive way to remove large material from your chip or bark flow. A scalping screen can save you money in removing tramp material that is going into your process. Our units are designed to operate 24 hours per day in the most difficult sawmill or pulp mill environments.
The discs are either star or wave shaped for chips and bark screening.  Replacement parts for your disc scalpers are also available.
